Austin McLellan lives and writes in Memphis, Tennessee. His novel Twenty Grand, A Love Story (Harvard Square) was published in 2016. His stories, essays, and journalism have appeared in a variety of creative and commercial media, including The Writing Disorder, Akashicbooks.com, Stepaway Magazine, the Monarch Review, Patient Health Journal, the Nashville Business Journal, and StoryBoard Memphis. In a previous life, Austin taught English and writing at universities in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Today he is a consultant in the healthcare technology space. Austin has a BA degree from Rhodes College, and MA from the University of Memphis.
